Roles & Responsibilities

• Source and screen beauty professionals to join the Yes Madam team.
• Collaborate with different teams to ensure a smooth hiring process.
• Maintain a strong talent pipeline to support business growth.
• Contribute to lead generation and supply chain building.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills (fluency in Hindi & English).
• Good knowledge of sales techniques.
• Basic knowledge of Excel.
• Up to 1 year of experience will be an added advantage (freshers can also apply).
• Must be based in Hyderabad.
• Full-time, work-from-office role only

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
