Business Development Associate

Position: Business Development Executive (BDE)
Location: Malviya Nagar, Jaipur
Experience Required: 1–3 years (must be from an E-commerce Agency background)
Salary Range: 15000 to 25000 (in-hand)

We are a growing E-commerce agency that partners with brands to scale their online business across marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Nykaa, and D2C websites. Our mission is to deliver performance-driven strategies, creative solutions, and measurable growth for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities from e-commerce brands.
• Pitch agency services (product listing, catalog management, ads management, account health, marketplace growth strategies, etc.) to potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Collaborate with internal teams (operations, catalog, ads, and creative) to deliver solutions aligned with client requirements.
• Understand the client’s business goals, analyze competitors, and suggest growth strategies.
• Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets and report progress to management.
• Keep updated with marketplace trends, policies, and new opportunities in e-commerce.

Requirements:

• Must have prior experience in Business Development / Sales in an E-commerce Agency.
• Strong understanding of marketplace platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, and others.
• Proven track record of closing deals with e-commerce brands.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Strong problem-solving attitude with client-first thinking.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
