Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and proven experience in leading or managing a team. You will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outbound strategies.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Lead and mentor a small team of junior sales representatives, ensuring targets are met and performance is optimized.
- Prepare and deliver compelling business presentations and proposals to clients.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align on sales campaigns and strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, pipeline status, and sales activities using CRM tools.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated experience in leading or managing a small sales team.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for driving business success.
