About the Role:

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive growth and expand our presence in the real estate market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales performance to achieve company targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the residential and commercial real estate sector.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and business growth.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, investors, brokers, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Promote company properties through networking, cold calling, digital platforms, and events.
• Negotiate and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to develop promotional campaigns.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and business development strategies to management.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
• Proven experience (1+ years) in business development, sales, or real estate.
• Strong understanding of real estate markets, trends, and regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to generate leads and convert them into successful deals.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms.
