About Biohackn:
Biohackn is Dubai’s home-grown pioneer in biohacking and wellness technology. From full-spectrum infrared saunas to molecular hydrogen bottles, we design and deliver science-backed products that help people look, feel, and perform their best. As we scale, we need a driven Business Development Associate to forge new B2B partnerships across the UAE and beyond.

Role Overview

You’ll be our on-the-ground sales lead: prospecting, pitching, and closing deals with gyms, spas, clinics, hotels, corporate wellness programs, health coaches, and distributors. You’ll represent Biohackn at industry events, deliver product demos, and build long-term relationships that drive recurring revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting:
  • Research and map out potential partners in the wellness space (gyms, spas, clinics, hotels, corporate wellness, health coaches).
  • Cold-call, email, and meet decision-makers to introduce Biohackn.
  • Sales Pipeline Management:
  • Qualify leads, manage CRM (HubSpot/Zoho), and track progress through each stage.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close B2B deals (equipment sales, rental/revenue-share agreements, service contracts).
  • Product Evangelism:
  • Coordinate and deliver on-site demos and trials of our saunas, cold plunges, red-light devices, hydrogen bottles, etc.
  • Educate partners on science-backed benefits, ROI models, and installation/maintenance processes.
  • Partnership Development:
  • Negotiate win-win revenue-share models and volume discounts.
  • Liaise with our marketing team to co-brand campaigns, events, and promotional offers.
  • Market Feedback & Reporting:
  • Gather insights on competitor offerings, pricing, and customer needs.
  • Provide weekly sales reports, forecasts, and strategic recommendations.

What We’re Looking For

  • Female Candidate, based in the UAE, with valid UAE driving licence & own car (on-site meetings and demos required).
  • Passion for Health & Wellness: You live and breathe biohacking, recovery, and premium fitness/wellness experiences.
  • Sales & Communication Pro: 3+ years of B2B sales or business development in wellness, fitness, hospitality, or medical equipment.
  • Marketing Savvy: You understand digital lead funnels, basic content collateral, and can collaborate on co-marketing initiatives.
  • Self-Starter: Comfortable learning complex product specs and selling solutions, not just products.
  • CRM & Reporting: Proficient in HubSpot, Zoho, or similar; strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
  • Languages: Excellent English; Arabic is a plus.

Nice to Have

  • Existing network in Dubai’s gyms, spas, clinics, hotels, or corporate wellness space.
  • Familiarity with Biohackn’s product suite (infrared saunas, cold plunges, red-light therapy, hydrogen technology).
  • Experience structuring revenue-share or subscription models.
  • Event representation: tradeshows, fitness expos, health retreats.
