Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate leads through online research, cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions or services.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Maintain strong follow-ups and convert potential leads into successful sales.
  • Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to create effective sales strategies.
  • Keep track of sales pipeline, forecasts, and achieve assigned revenue targets.
  • Maintain CRM records and submit daily/weekly sales reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • Must have 01 to 03 years of experience in IT sales, software sales, or business development.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Good understanding of IT products, software solutions, and digital services.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.
