Role - Business Development Associate plays a crucial role in driving the growth of a company by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Areas of Responsibility -
- Target schools within the assigned territory Identify and pursue new business prospects to meet sales targets
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients through lead generation and networking
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential clients
- Develop and nurture relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and recommendations
- Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams for continuous improvement
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports
- Analyze sales performance against targets and implement strategies for improvement
- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, customer support, and product development, to ensure a coordinated approach to client needs
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and best practices.
- Provide exceptional post-sales support to clients.
- Address and resolve client concerns or issues promptly.
Qualification: Education -
- Any Graduate with Professional degree / Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Experience- 3-4 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role Industry -
- Any industry or Education / Publication / other similar industries

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Relevant experience in B2B sales would be a plus
- Willingness to travel as needed
