Major Responsibilities
- Engage with leads generated via calls, walk-ins, and online platforms
- Explain course details, program benefits, and career opportunities to potential students
- Build strong relationships with students and parents to encourage enrolments
- Follow up consistently on inquiries through calls, SMS, WhatsApp, and email
- Maintain accurate databases and update CRM records regularly
- Support students throughout the enrolment journey, including documentation
- Work towards achieving monthly business and admission goals
- Collaborate with the team to improve inquiry-to-admission conversion rates
Desired Candidate Profile
- 6 months–2 years of experience in sales, counselling, or education industry preferred
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome
- Strong presentation and persuasion skills
- Confident, target-focused, and professional attitude
- Ability to learn about various courses and guide students accordingly
- Basic computer knowledge and comfort working with CRM tools
