0.3 to 3 years of relevant experience in Inside Sales / Business Development / B2C Sales

Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Business Development Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a keen interest in inside sales and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate sales leads
• Understand customer requirements and pitch suitable products/services
• Follow up with interested leads and close sales
• Maintain and update customer data in CRM
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales processes

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 0.3 to 3 years of experience in inside sales or business development
• Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English preferred)
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills
• Target-driven mindset with a passion for sales
• Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment
• Graduate preferred
