Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving company growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through calls, emails, and meetings
• Generate and follow up on leads
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
• 0–3 years of experience in business development / sales (IT services preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and convincing abilities
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
• Ability to work from office in Koramangala, Bangalore
• Immediate joiners only
