Business Development Associate

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Associate to support our Business Development team in day-to-day activities. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure to sales, partnerships, research, and client communication in a fast-growing digital business.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Business Development Associates with daily tasks and ongoing projects
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify new opportunities
• Find and shortlist potential clients, partners, and brands
• Reach out to potential clients via email and other communication channels
• Write and assist in drafting business development emails, proposals, and outreach content
• Maintain basic records of outreach, responses, and follow-ups
• Support the team with content related to partnerships and business growth initiatives

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Strong written communication skills (especially email writing)
• Basic understanding of business development, sales, or marketing concepts
• Comfortable with online research and data collection
• Organized, proactive, and eager to learn
• Familiarity with Google Docs, Sheets, and email tools is a plus
