Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Conversion
- Identify and connect with potential students or professionals interested in financial education.
- Convert leads into enrollments through effective consultation and follow-ups.
- Sales Target Achievement
- Meet or exceed the monthly sales target.
- Maintain a consistent and growing sales pipeline.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospects and enrolled students.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales journey.
- Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities using CRM tools or company platforms.
- Provide regular updates to the reporting manager.
- Collaboration & Feedback
- Work closely with the marketing and academic teams to optimize the sales process.
- Share customer feedback to support course improvement and strategy refinement.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
