Business Development Associate

At Corporate Sourcing, we believe a gift is more than just an object; it’s a bridge between brands and people. We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Sales Professional to join our team in Chennai.

In this role, you won't just be "selling", you will be a brand consultant for some of the biggest names in the IT and corporate sectors. You will manage the entire sales lifecycle, from identifying high-value accounts to showcasing our premium samples and closing deals that leave a lasting impression.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Prospecting: Execute an Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy to identify and engage key stakeholders (HR Leaders, Purchase Managers, and Marketing Heads) within target IT companies.
  • Product Showcasing: Conduct in-person and virtual walkthroughs of our product curated samples, effectively communicating the quality and brand value of our gifting solutions.
  • Pipeline Management: Take full ownership of the sales funnel from the initial "hello" to contract signing and order fulfillment.
  • Relationship Management: Act as a dedicated partner for existing clients, ensuring their recurring gifting needs (onboarding, festive, or appreciation) are met with excellence.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of corporate gifting trends to suggest innovative solutions that keep our clients' brands top-of-mind.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: Proven track record in B2B sales or corporate business development (experience in gifting, luxury retail, or ad-sales is a plus).
  • Communication: Exceptional pitching and negotiation skills; you should be comfortable presenting to C-suite and Senior Management.
  • Persistence: A "closer" mindset with a focus on building long-term partnerships rather than just one-off transactions.
  • Organization: Ability to manage multiple client accounts and timelines simultaneously without breaking a sweat.
