About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Associate to join our outbound IT sales team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about sales, technology, and building client relationships. You will be responsible for generating leads, reaching out to potential clients, and supporting the sales team in driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to potential clients.
  • Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and prospecting.
  • Identify decision-makers and schedule meetings for senior sales executives.
  • Understand client requirements and explain IT services/solutions clearly.
  • Maintain and update CRM with accurate prospect information.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve outreach strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
  • Basic understanding of IT services (Web Development, Mobile Apps, SaaS, Cloud, etc.).
  • Comfortable with cold calling and outbound sales.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented mindset.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.

  • 10K/month fixed salary for first 6 months + performance-based incentives
  • After 6 month as per performance fixed salary will be revised in the range of 15K-20K/month + performance-based incentives

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
