Business Development Associate

We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Business Development Executive to drive company growth by identifying new business opportunities, acquiring clients, and building strong professional relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, emails, networking, and social media
  • Research potential clients and market trends
  • Arrange meetings and present company products/services
  • Understand client requirements and provide customized solutions
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations
  • Negotiate terms and close deals
  • Maintain and update CRM/database records
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Coordinate with internal teams for seamless project execution
  • Develop long-term client relationships for repeat business

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Lead generation and prospecting skills
  • Target-driven and self-motivated attitude
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
  • Ability to handle multiple clients and deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
