Business Development Associate

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Source and screen beauty professionals to join our growing team.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
• Maintain a strong talent pipeline and support end-to-end recruitment.
• Contribute to the organization’s growth through proactive hiring and engagement.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Lead generation and supply chain building.
• Strong sales techniques and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of Excel.
• Up to 1 year of experience preferred (full-time candidates only).
• Fluency in Hindi and English is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
