Business Development Associate

Role: Business Development Executive

Location: Pune(Hybrid)

Description:

Sarvify is looking for a result-oriented Business Development Executive with 4–5 years of experience in B2B technology sales. The ideal candidate will drive outbound growth initiatives for ERP solutions. This role focuses on building a strong prospect pipeline through research-driven outreach, personalized communication, and structured campaign execution.

Your primary outcome will be generating qualified leads and setting high-quality appointments with decision-makers such as Founders, CXOs, and Business Heads.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain a structured database of prospects in CRM across target industries and geographies.
  • Identify decision-makers and map accounts using LinkedIn, industry databases, and other tools.
  • Draft compelling cold emails, LinkedIn messages, and outreach scripts aligned with Sarvify’s positioning.
  • Plan and execute outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and calling channels.
  • Conduct cold calls and follow-ups to generate interest and book qualified meetings.
  • Clearly articulate Sarvify’s value proposition in ERP implementation and product development.
  • Qualify leads based on defined criteria before scheduling appointments with senior leadership.
  • Track campaign performance, maintain CRM hygiene, and provide regular reporting on lead metrics.
  • Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to refine messaging and targeting strategies.

Qualification Criteria:

Experience:

  • 4–5 years of experience in B2B business development in ERP.
  • Proven track record of generating qualified leads through outbound efforts.

Skills:

  • Strong research skills for prospect identification and account mapping.
  • Excellent written communication for crafting high-conversion emails and LinkedIn messages.
  • Confident verbal communication skills for cold calling and pitching.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and sales automation tools.
  • Understanding of ERP is preferred.
  • Understanding of SaaS, or IT services sales is good to have.
  • Ability to work independently with clear KPIs and outcome-driven goals.

Performance Expectation:

  • Primary KPI: Number of qualified leads and appointments scheduled per month.
  • Secondary KPIs: Outreach volume, response rate, and conversion ratio.
