Business Development Associate

We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Business Development Associate with 1–2 years of experience in telecalling and sales. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling outbound calls, generating leads, and converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
  • Generate and qualify new business opportunities.
  • Explain company products/services clearly and professionally.
  • Follow up with interested prospects and close sales.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Coordinate with the sales and operations team for smooth onboarding.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in telecalling / business development / sales.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Confidence in handling objections and closing deals.
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Target-oriented mindset with positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in travel Industry
  • Fluency in English and local language preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
