Business Development Associate

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth. If you are passionate about sales, networking, and achieving targets, we would love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business leads through calls, emails, networking, and market research
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
  • Schedule meetings and deliver presentations to potential clients
  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities

Requirements

  • 0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Target-oriented with a proactive approach
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in B2B sales (if applicable)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong presentation skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
