Business Development Associate

The Business Development Associate supports deal follow-ups, proposal coordination, and reporting to ensure timely closure of business opportunities. The role works closely with the Business Manager and cross-functional teams to drive new and ongoing projects across Uttar Pradesh.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on active and new business opportunities across Uttarpradesh.

• Coordinate with internal departments for proposal preparation and documentation.

• Support the Business Development Officer in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.

• Maintain accurate reports, data tracking, and client communication.

• Assist in field visits, project site visits, and meetings with client offices as required.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline

• Good coordination, communication, and follow-up skills

• Basic knowledge of reporting and documentation
