Business Development Associate

Role OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic, high-energy Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2C or B2B sales (preferably EdTech) and a passion for education.

  • Lead Management: Reach out to provided leads (inbound/outbound) to introduce our educational products and programs.
  • Demo & Presentation: Conduct online/offline product demos and presentations to potential clients.
  • Target Achievement: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
  • Relationship Building: Nurture relationships with prospective clients to build a sustainable pipeline.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, leads, and interactions in the CRM system.
  • Market Analysis: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and share feedback with the product team

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: 6 months to 2 years of experience in sales, telesales, or business development
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Negotiation: Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities to close deals.
  • Mindset: Goal-oriented, positive, and resilient with a hunger for achieving targets.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
