Treadstone Associates Pakistan is a professional services firm providing team augmentation and consulting services globally. We support clients across legal, operations, sales, marketing, finance, and accounting domains.

Our Associate Program is designed to train young professionals to build executive functioning, problem-solving, and communication skills while gaining real-world, international experience.

Role Overview

As a Sales Associate, you will be part of our Associate Program, contributing to client acquisition efforts and internal sales initiatives. You will gain exposure to international markets, strengthen your negotiation and communication skills, and build a strong foundation in consultative and strategic selling.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and engage prospective clients through inbound leads, referrals, and outreach campaigns.
• Conduct discovery calls and client consultations to understand needs and recommend appropriate programs and services.
• Clearly articulate Treadstone's digital offerings and value proposition.
• Work collaboratively with operations teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process.
• Use CRM tools to manage leads, follow-ups, and pipeline updates.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
• Provide feedback to marketing and product teams on client needs, trends, and messaging.
• Participate in webinars, client demos, or digital events as a brand ambassador.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or business development.
• Sales Call Experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable using CRM software and digital communication platforms (e.g., Teams, Loop, Outlook, HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, etc.).
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• High level of professionalism and client service orientation
