Business Development Associate – UAE Market

We are looking for a motivated and proactive Business Development Associate to support our sales and growth initiatives. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to develop skills in B2B sales, client communication, and lead generation. The Associate will work closely with the Business Development Manager and sales team to identify opportunities, engage prospects, and help convert leads into business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities
  • Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn networking, and referrals
  • Assist in reaching out to prospective clients to introduce company services
  • Schedule meetings, calls, and presentations with potential clients
  • Follow up with prospects to maintain engagement and move opportunities forward
  • Assist the sales team in closing deals and managing client communications
  • Track and report progress on lead generation and sales activities

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, customer service, or a related field
  • Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Basic understanding of sales processes and client relationship management
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn in a target-driven environment

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
  • Relevant internships or training in sales, marketing, or customer engagement are a

Compensation & Working Hours

  • Fixed Salary + Performance-Based Incentives
  • Office hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
  • Work mode: On-site (Lahore – Johar Town)

Additional Information

  • This position is strictly on-site
  • Candidates should be able to reliably commute to the office and commit to working hours

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
