Business Development Associate

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate with experience in the Oil & Gas industry. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our market presence, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities, particularly within the Oil & Gas sector
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key industry stakeholders
• Conduct market research and analyze competitors to identify growth opportunities
• Develop and deliver tailored proposals and sales strategies
• Support negotiations and assist in closing deals aligned with company objectives
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective execution of business strategies

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Prior experience in the Oil & Gas industry is preferred
• Strong connections within government organizations are an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in business development or B2B sales
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• Fluent in both Arabic and English
• Valid Oman driving license
