We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to help us expand our client base and bring new business opportunities. This role is crucial for driving the company’s growth by acquiring new requirements from companies seeking HR solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new business opportunities by generating leads and building relationships with companies in need of HR consultancy services.
• Actively engage with potential clients to understand their HR needs and present customized solutions.
• Develop and execute business development strategies to grow the client base, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
• Cultivate long-term relationships with clients, ensuring consistent follow-up and service delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of HR services to clients.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring both client satisfaction and company profitability.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR industry trends and competitor offerings to position the company effectively.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client management, preferably in HR consultancy or related services.
• Proven track record of bringing new clients and requirements to a business.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Excellent relationship-building abilities with an aptitude for understanding client needs and offering relevant solutions.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with HR services and the UAE market is a plus.
