Business Development Associate (BDA)

Job Overview:

Dany Tameerat Pvt. Ltd., one of Pakistan’s leading real estate and construction companies, is looking for ambitious and target-driven Business Development Associates (BDAs) to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of proven experience with a successful track record, preferably in real estate marketing, financial products, or sales-oriented roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and develop new business opportunities for real estate projects.
• Engage with potential clients through calls, meetings, and site visits.
• Pitch project details, investment opportunities, and payment plans to prospective buyers.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to maximize repeat business and referrals.
• Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct market research to identify new prospects and industry trends.
• Ensure timely follow-up with leads and maintain proper sales records.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in sales, financial products, or real estate marketing.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines, achieve sales targets, and work in a performance-driven environment.
• Proactive, confident, and customer-focused mindset.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: PKR 45,000/- per month
• Commission: Attractive incentive structure with the potential to earn PKR 100,000+ monthly.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
