Business Development Associate (International B2B)

Company Description TeknoFlair is a WordPress development agency delivering custom solutions for businesses worldwide, serving international clients.

Role Description Full-time, on-site role based in Karachi. The Business Development Associate will identify new business opportunities, build early-stage client relationships, and generate qualified discovery calls for our team. The role focuses on outreach, prospecting, and pipeline management across international markets.

Qualifications

  • 6–12 months experience in B2B outreach or lead generation
  • Strong written English — clear, professional, and persuasive
  • Ability to research and qualify prospects independently
  • Basic understanding of WordPress or digital services is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing preferred
  • Self-starter with ownership mindset

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
