Business Development Associate - IT

Tasks

• Identify and develop strategic business relationships with potential clients in the software development and AI sectors.
• Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to create and deliver effective presentations that highlight the value of our services and products.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and monitor industry trends to support business growth strategies.
• Assist in the preparation of proposals and contracts ensuring all client requirements are addressed and met.
• Maintain and update sales and client databases ensuring accurate and timely information is available for decisionmaking purposes.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development sales or a similar role within the software development industry.
• Strong understanding of IT and AI technologies with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to nontechnical audiences.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Selfmotivated and goaloriented with the ability to work independently and drive results in a fastpaced startup environment.
