About You

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our Dubai team who can fluently speak one of these languages: French, German, Spanish, or Chinese. In this role, you will drive revenue growth by converting leads generated through online advertising into successful deals, while benefiting from an attractive commission structure.

You will be the first point of contact for potential customers, engaging via phone, email, and live chat to provide exceptional service and identify the right solutions for their needs. Your ability to build relationships, close sales, and exceed targets will contribute to delivering outstanding customer experiences and expanding Kayana's presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and convert inbound sales enquiries through phone, email, and live chat.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by identifying client needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve challenges and support the sales cycle.
  • Develop a strong knowledge of Kayana's product portfolio and communicate value propositions effectively.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and maintain accurate CRM records.
  • Provide support, guidance, and mentorship to junior sales team members.
  • Partner with development and customer support teams to address client feedback and enhance overall satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
  • Fluency in French, German, Spanish, or Chinese (spoken and written) and strong English communication skills.
  • Minimum 2 years of proven sales or business development experience, preferably in telesales or a B2B environment.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and sales software.
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to perform in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
