Position: Business Development (BD) Executive

Location: Faisal Town, Lahore | Full Time | Onsite

Experience Required: 3+ Years (Proven Upwork)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow the company’s presence on Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
• Write winning proposals, negotiate with clients, and close new business opportunities.
• Identify, pursue, and acquire new clients for Digital Marketing services and Custom Web Development.
• Collaborate with the internal marketing and operations team to deliver client requirements.
• Build strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets.

Requirements:

• Proven Upwork bidding and client acquisition experience with a strong portfolio of closed deals.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing services and Custom Web Development and ability to explain value propositions to clients.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs75,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
