Key Responsibilities
· Develop and execute multi-channel outreach campaigns across email and LinkedIn to identify and engage potential clients.
· Build, manage, and optimize cold email campaigns, ensuring proper email domain warming and deliverability optimization using best-in-class tools.
· Craft personalized and compelling email and LinkedIn messaging sequences that drive responses and conversions.
· Manage and segment prospect lists, ensuring accurate targeting and alignment with ICP (Ideal Customer Profile).
· Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other prospecting tools to research and identify qualified leads.
· Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance metrics such as open rates, reply rates, and booked meetings.
· Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
· Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in outbound prospecting and lead generation.
Requirements
· 1–3 years of proven experience in outbound B2B lead generation, email marketing, or business development outreach.
· Hands-on experience with email deliverability management, including email domain warming, inbox rotation, and sender reputation optimization.
· Expertise in LinkedIn lead generation, and Sales Navigator
· Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create persuasive, personalized messages.
· Data-driven mindset with a focus on testing, measuring, and improving outreach campaigns.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
