We're Hiring: Business Development Consultant - IT Services Dubai, UAE

Are you a go-getter with a passion for IT solutions and a drive to close high-value deals? We're on the lookout for a Business Development Consultant to join our growing team in Dubai!

In this role, you'll be a key player in expanding our presence in the UAE and beyond, identifying opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

What You'll Do

Drive strategic sales growth and revenue targets

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Identify market trends and generate qualified leads

Lead proposal presentations and close deals

Mentor and support junior BD executives

Collaborate with pre-sales, marketing & delivery teams

What We're Looking For

3+ years in Business Development (IT services domain a must)

Strong communication, negotiation & presentation skills

Experience in cold calling, outreach, CRM (HubSpot is a plus)

Proven track record of target achievement

UAE IT sales experience & valid UAE Driving License (preferred)

Location: Dubai, UAE

Salary: AED 6,000 - AED 8,000/month + Incentives

Type: Full-Time Immediate Joiners Preferred
