Business Development Consultant - Recruitment Headhunting Organization

We are a growing Recruitment Consultancy seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Development Consultant to support our business development efforts. The candidate will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential clients and candidates through online research and outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and generate leads via LinkedIn, job portals, and company databases
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and candidates
  • Coordinate with the recruitment team to share qualified leads
  • Maintain records and update CRM systems

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and internet research skills
  • Prior experience in recruitment or B2B lead generation is a plus
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Comfortable working remotely or from our office

Growth in terms of Salary will not be a constrain for the right candidate. We have very attractive incentive structures in place.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
