Job Title: Senior Property Consultant

Location: Abu Dhabi

Job Summary

The Senior Property Consultant is responsible for generating leads, advising clients on market conditions, and facilitating property sales and leasing transactions. This role requires in-depth market knowledge, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to mentor junior consultants.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a strong network of property owners, buyers, tenants, and investors.
• Identify client needs and provide suitable property options (sales and leasing).
• Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
• Advise clients on property prices, market trends, and legal requirements.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market and competitor activities.
• Prepare and manage contracts, agreements, and other documentation in compliance with company and legal standards.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/lease targets.
• Mentor, support, and guide junior consultants within the team.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, open houses, and networking events.
• Ensure superior client service to build and maintain long-term relationships.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
• 3–5+ years of experience in real estate sales/leasing, with a proven track record.
• Strong knowledge of the local property market, laws, and regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office Suite.
• Driver’s license and own vehicle preferred.
