Job Title: Recruitment Officer – Construction & Infrastructure

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to candidate onboarding.
• Coordinate with department heads to identify hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
• Source and screen candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals.
• Conduct initial interviews and shortlist qualified candidates for final selection.
• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with UAE labor laws and company policies.
• Maintain and update recruitment databases and reports.
• Participate in career fairs and represent the company in external recruitment events.
• Support Emiratization initiatives (Tawteen) by targeting UAE national talent.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the construction or infrastructure sector.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and recruitment best practices.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
• Bilingual (Arabic & English) preferred.
