Technical Recruiter - Arabic

Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess technical competencies
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment dashboards
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs
  • Stay current with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal hiring policies

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, IT, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably within IT services or tech startups
  • Strong understanding of IT roles (e.g., developers, network engineers, DevOps, QA, cybersecurity)
  • Familiarity with technical screening tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English and Arabic

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
