Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess technical competencies
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment dashboards
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs
- Stay current with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal hiring policies
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, IT, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably within IT services or tech startups
- Strong understanding of IT roles (e.g., developers, network engineers, DevOps, QA, cybersecurity)
- Familiarity with technical screening tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and work in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English and Arabic

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
