About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes and a strong understanding of the UAE job market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for mid to senior-level positions across various functions.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using multiple channels (LinkedIn, job portals, referrals).
• Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and coordinate with hiring managers for selection.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate records.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Assist in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
• Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and labor law regulations in the UAE.
• Collaborate with HR and department heads to understand hiring needs and create recruitment strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2-4 years of proven recruitment experience, preferably in UAE.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and UAE labor laws.
• Proficiency with ATS and recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English; Arabic or European language skills are preferred.
