We are seeking a Business Development Coordinator to work directly with the CEO on strategic growth projects across the UAE and internationally. This is a highly dynamic role for someone who is proactive, organized, and passionate about driving new ventures forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage new development projects (offices abroad, logistics, construction, international ventures).
  • Conduct market research and feasibility studies for expansion opportunities.
  • Liaise with consultants, partners, and internal teams to ensure project execution.
  • Track tasks, milestones, and deliverables in project management systems.
  • Prepare structured progress reports directly for the CEO.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership, and deliver results.
  • Experience in business development, project coordination, or related fields.
  • High adaptability and willingness to learn quickly.
  • Confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive projects.
