Role Overview

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Director to spearhead our growth initiatives, expand our market presence, and build long-term client relationships. This leadership role requires strong commercial acumen, strategic vision, and the ability to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Identify new markets, partnerships, and revenue streams.
• Lead negotiations and manage high-value client relationships.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
• Drive sales performance and ensure achievement of growth targets.
• Mentor and inspire the business development team to achieve excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or corporate strategy, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and market expansion.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution.
• Fluency in English required; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
