Position: Business Development Executive
Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh (Field-based role requiring extensive travel
across Chhattisgarh)
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development
Executive to join our team in Raipur. This field-based role involves
identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and
driving sales growth for our HR payroll and services portfolio. The ideal
candidate will be proactive, travel extensively across Chhattisgarh to meet
clients, and leverage strong sales acumen to expand our market presence. If
you have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and experience

Key Responsibilities
Identify and prospect potential clients in Chhattisgarh, focusing on
industries that require HR payroll solutions, recruitment, and related
services.
Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry
trends in HR management.
Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new business,
including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular
follow-ups, presentations, and customized solution proposals.
Travel extensively across Chhattisgarh (at least 70-80% of the time) to
meet prospects, conduct demos, and close deals.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales support, product, and
operations) to ensure seamless delivery of HR payroll services.
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets while tracking
performance metrics.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations to highlight
business opportunities and achievements.
Stay updated on HR regulations, payroll best practices, and
competitive landscape to position our services effectively.
Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing,
or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in business development,
sales, or account management, preferably in HR, payroll, or
consulting services.
Willingness to travel extensively across Chhattisgarh; must possess a
valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Strong understanding of sales processes, including lead generation,
negotiation, and closing techniques.
Essential Skills
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and
Hindi (knowledge of local Chhattisgarh dialects is a plus).
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and building client
relationships.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and CRM
tools (e.g., Salesforce or similar).
Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently in a fast-
paced, field-based environment.
Knowledge of HR payroll systems, compliance requirements (e.g., PF,
ESI, TDS), and industry challenges is highly desirable.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
