Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt, for a Business Development Engineer. Responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and contributing to sales strategies. The role requires conducting market analysis, analyzing data trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business growth. The Business Development Engineer will play a key role in creating actionable plans to meet company goals and develop long-term customer relationships.

• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients and stakeholders
• Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating market trends, project opportunities, and business problems
• Proficiency in New Business Development strategies and Business Development processes
• Experience in Sales and account management
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team-focused environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in the construction or related industry is a plus
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and applications
• Strong problem-solving and project management skills
