Business Development Executive

Brandix Soft (Pvt.) Ltd. is a leading digital marketing agency providing SEO, PPC, web development, and IT services to clients in the UK and US. We focus on delivering high-quality digital solutions while maintaining a collaborative and growth-driven work environment.

We are seeking a Business Development Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, building client relationships, and converting prospects into long-term partners. If you have excellent communication skills, a strong interest in digital marketing, and a passion for sales, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to businesses in the UK and US
• Generate leads and schedule meetings with potential clients
• Present customized digital marketing proposals based on client needs
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored service packages
• Meet or exceed monthly KPIs and sales targets
• Maintain accurate records in CRM software
• Deliver presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals
• Conduct market research to stay updated on trends and competitor activities
• Provide timely reports and feedback to the sales manager

Requirements

• Minimum education: Matric / Intermediate / O-Level
• Fluent spoken and written English
• Previous experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or business development preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with SEO, digital marketing, or IT services is a plus
• Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and under pressure

Job Details

• Job Type: Full-time
• Shift: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
• Location: On-site at Gulberg, Lahore (This is not a remote role)
