Business Development Executive

We are looking for a skilled and self-motivated Business Development Executive to identify, approach, and close new clients in the healthcare industry (aesthetic clinics, dental clinics, and wellness centers). This role is crucial in driving agency growth, maintaining client relationships, and building predictable revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify qualified prospects on LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp, and email.
  • Send personalized outreach messages and follow-up to generate interest.
  • Conduct discovery calls and demos.
  • Pitch service packages (social media, lead generation, website, ads).
  • Close clients and manage the handover to the onboarding/account team.
  • Achieve monthly targets (leads, meetings booked, deals closed).
  • Maintain CRM records and provide weekly progress reports.
  • Suggest improvements to outreach, messaging, and pitch decks.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of sales or business development experience (preferably in digital marketing or healthcare).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (English + Urdu).
  • Confident in DM outreach and basic tools (LinkedIn, CRM, Google Sheets).
  • Understanding of marketing services (social media, ads, websites) is a plus.
  • Self-driven, organized, and able to manage time independently.
  • Comfortable working with targets and reporting metrics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
