Business Development Executive

Karachi, Pakistan

Seeking a result driven Business Development Executive for a client.

Job Type: Full-time, onsite

Timings: Morning shift

Compensation: Market competitive plus commission

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct market research to identify decision-makers and potential clients in need of managed IT and cybersecurity services

- Generate leads from global markets (US, UK, GCC, etc.) using Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, email outreach, and other platforms

- Qualify leads based on business needs, budget, and potential for conversion

- Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demos to prospective clients

- Prepare and deliver customized proposals and quotations

- Achieve weekly/monthly KPIs for lead volume, quality, and conversions

Requirements:

- 3 to 4 years of experience in business development or lead generation

- Proven success in generating leads from LinkedIn, Upwork and Fiver

- Experience working with international clients (especially in the IT or cybersecurity domain)

- Strong understanding of freelance bidding, proposal writing, and platform optimization

- Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written

- Proficient with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
