Job Summary:
Are you a persuasive communicator with a passion for sales and global business? We're seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to convert warm inbound leads into loyal, long-term customers. You’ll be at the forefront of our growth, helping prospects understand the value of our AI-powered solutions and guiding them toward success.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold outreach, networking, and lead platforms (e.g., Upwork, Bark, and Social Media Marketing).
- Engage with warm inbound leads and conduct scheduled discovery and sales calls.
- Understand client needs, challenges, and goals to propose tailored AI-based solutions.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and persuasive presentations to key decision-makers.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain a 60%+ close rate by effectively managing your pipeline and timely follow-ups.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly revenue targets (USD 5,000 – 10,000).
- Re-engage cold or missed leads through strategic follow-ups.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies and improve the client journey.
- Conduct market research to stay informed on trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences, as needed.
- Provide actionable feedback to improve the sales process, messaging, and user experience.
- Communicate professionally to establish trust and credibility with prospects and clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 2–3 years of experience in inbound or international sales.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to negotiate and close deals confidently.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to exceed performance targets.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is preferred.
