Position Overview

We are hiring a Business Development Executive (Remote) to join our growing e-commerce team. The selected candidate will be responsible for lead generation, promotion of our professional E-Commerce & Shopify Training Programs, and onboarding clients for our Shopify Store Development Services.

This position is ideal for individuals who are ambitious, results-oriented, and eager to establish a long-term career in the rapidly growing E-Commerce industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies for lead generation via social media and digital channels.
• Promote and enroll clients in E-Commerce and Shopify training programs.
• Generate leads for clients interested in Shopify store development.
• Build and maintain strong, professional client relationships.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Work collaboratively with the team to implement growth strategies.

Training & Career Development

• All shortlisted candidates will undergo a structured training program to gain hands-on experience with our systems, services, and sales processes.
• Important: The training period will be unpaid.
• Candidates who demonstrate strong performance during training will be offered a permanent position with a fixed salary plus commissions.

Candidate Requirements

• Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Strong knowledge of or interest in digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets in a remote environment.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and growth-oriented mindset.
