Business Development Executive

Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated candidate to deliver high-quality services via platforms such as Upwork, Bark, Guru, and Freelancer. The professional will be responsible for managing client projects, delivering results on time, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, bid for, and manage projects on freelance platforms.

Understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions.

Deliver professional services in the respective domain (e.g., recruiting, IT consulting, software development, financial analysis, etc.).

Communicate effectively with clients to ensure clarity and satisfaction.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Maintain an excellent service record and build long-term client relationships.

Stay updated with industry trends and continuously upgrade skills.

Skills & Qualifications:

Strong expertise in chosen field (Recruitment, IT, Finance, Software, etc.).

Proven experience working as a freelancer or consultant.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Strong time management and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Familiarity with freelance marketplaces (Upwork, Bark, Guru, Freelancer.com).
