Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities in international and domestic markets for IT services and ERP solutions.
  • Understand client requirements and offer appropriate solutions, focusing on Odoo ERP when applicable.
  • Conduct market research, generate leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and networking.
  • Arrange and lead discovery calls, demos, and follow-ups with potential clients.
  • Maintain and update CRM records regularly, ensuring lead stages and pipelines are tracked.
  • Coordinate with internal functional and technical teams to prepare proposals and cost estimates.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring client satisfaction and smooth onboarding.
  • Represent the company in industry events, webinars, and conferences (if applicable).

Required Skills:

  • 0–2 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in IT/ERP domain.
  • Strong understanding of IT services including ERP, CRM, custom software development.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach tools, and CRM systems.
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and proactive approach to lead generation and follow-up.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,699.91 - ₹35,000.00 per month
