Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities in international and domestic markets for IT services and ERP solutions.
- Understand client requirements and offer appropriate solutions, focusing on Odoo ERP when applicable.
- Conduct market research, generate leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and networking.
- Arrange and lead discovery calls, demos, and follow-ups with potential clients.
- Maintain and update CRM records regularly, ensuring lead stages and pipelines are tracked.
- Coordinate with internal functional and technical teams to prepare proposals and cost estimates.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring client satisfaction and smooth onboarding.
- Represent the company in industry events, webinars, and conferences (if applicable).
Required Skills:
- 0–2 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in IT/ERP domain.
- Strong understanding of IT services including ERP, CRM, custom software development.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach tools, and CRM systems.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and proactive approach to lead generation and follow-up.
