What do we need?

Own the sales cycle, from prospecting to closing for our manufacturing-tech solutions. You’ll build and progress a high-quality pipeline, run solution-led demos, negotiate commercial terms, and consistently hit revenue targets while keeping CRM and forecasts squeaky-clean.

What will you do?

- Pipeline & Prospecting:

  • Identify and prioritize target accounts (manufacturers, suppliers, plant heads, procurement leaders, founders/owners).
  • Run multi-channel outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn, events) and convert MQLs to SQLs

- Discovery, Demos & Solutioning:

  • Lead deep discovery to map pain points and buying process.
  • Deliver tailored product demos and value stories; co-create proposals with clear ROI.

- Negotiation & Closing:

  • Own pricing, commercials, and legal/ops coordination; shepherd deals to signature.
  • Coordinate smooth hand-off to onboarding/CS; ensure first-value milestones are set.

- Account Expansion:

  • Mine won accounts for upsell/cross-sell & deeper engagement.

- Field Presence & Business Travel

  • Meet customers across key industrial clusters.
  • Travel as needed for meetings, events & shows with a focus on conversions.

- Process & Reporting:

  • Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene (stages, notes, next steps).
  • Run weekly forecasts; track activity, funnel health, and win/loss reasons.

You have should have:

  • Proven revenue generation experience: consistent quota attainment (target vs. achievement), ownership of new bookings/ARR or services revenue, and a track record of closing multi-stakeholder B2B deals.
  • 3–7 years in B2B acquisition and account growth.
  • Hands-on selling SaaS/tech products and/or manufacturing solutions to SME/mid-market industrial or B2B buyers.
  • Strong discovery, storytelling, proposal building, and commercial/negotiation skills.
  • Tools: Microsoft 365 (Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook/Teams), CRM (Zoho/Salesforce or similar), LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Excellent communication in English; Hindi/Telugu is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel locally/regionally for meetings.
