Key Responsibilities
- Search for and identify relevant projects on Upwork and other freelance platforms.
- Write customized, persuasive, and professional proposals tailored to client needs.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with potential clients to close deals.
- Collaborate with the technical team to gather accurate project requirements for proposals.
- Manage client communications and ensure timely responses to inquiries.
- Track bidding performance and suggest improvements to increase win rate.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Proven experience in Upwork bidding or similar platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong understanding of IT services, web development, mobile apps, or digital marketing projects.
- Ability to write engaging, clear, and professional proposals.
- Good negotiation skills and ability to handle client objections.
- Familiarity with lead generation, sales funnels, and client relationship management.
